Game Plan for Meetings with Internal/External Clients
Don’t leave important meetings to chance.
Especially if you will be meeting with a client as a team. Create a plan that includes meeting objectives, talking points and/script guides, map the scenarios (best – worst case), who will be leading, talking and recording and verbal/non-verbal cues to make sure you and your team members can keep the meeting on track.
Review the meeting effectiveness together within 24hrs. Note what went well that you can use again in the future as well as anything that didn’t – make these changes or take action as needed.
